Suffering from Memory Loss (Dementia / Alzheimer’s) : Advanced stages of Alzheimer, unable to speak and comprehend properly.

Any Disease / Illness: Not any other physical complaint apart from Alzheimer.

Retired from a private factory in Ghaziabad as GM Operations, Engineer by education and had work experience of more than 40 years. Mostly speaks the following three words “CHUP RAHO”, YEH KYA RAKHA HAI” & “RUKO TO SAHI”.

Missing compliant lodge at and when: Complaint lodged at Police Station Sadar Bazar, Meerut Cantt (U.P) on 6.40 PM on 23 Nov 2011.

Lost from :  Meerut Cantt (Near Main Meerut City Roadways Bust Stand), just walking distance from the residence.
